About Haswell Travelled

I’ve always had a passion for travel — from planning journeys and discovering new places to capturing moments through film. What began as a personal interest has grown into a lifelong pursuit of exploration and storytelling.

Over the years, my wife and I have travelled extensively, discovering both well-known destinations and lesser-known places along the way. Planning these journeys has always been part of the adventure, and I’ve long enjoyed documenting our travels to better understand each place and share the experience with others.

Through Haswell Travelled, I create thoughtfully crafted travel films that blend imagery, movement, and narrative. Many of my videos include historical context, visual storytelling, and route-based exploration — designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace and best experienced on a larger screen.

My interest in filmmaking began years ago with traditional 8mm movie cameras and manual editing — quite literally “cut & paste” to splice film, long before digital tools became commonplace. That early passion evolved into a love for modern video production, allowing me to create immersive films that reflect both the places I visit and the journey itself.
